Who We Are – 804 Riders
The 804 Riders are more than a flag football league—we are a movement rooted in purpose, discipline, and community transformation. Based on the Southside of Richmond, we combine the structure and competitiveness of NFL Flag Football with the power of restorative practices to build not just better athletes, but better young men and women.
FIRST & GOAL
What sets us apart is simple: we don’t just coach the game—we develop the whole person. Through restorative circles, accountability, and community engagement, our players learn how to communicate, lead, resolve conflict, and carry themselves with respect on and off the field.
